All The Things
How are you feeling heading into this holiday season? I know sometimes this is the time things can get and feel a bit "crazy." I know for me I try and stay as simple and calm as possible! And with that said I find that what helps me throughout the year stay calm and relaxed becomes super important during these last two months of the year.
Knowing off the top of my head the top few things that help me stay centered are essential to me right now not just because of the holidays but also because the weather is getting chilly and cold.
Here are a few of my favorites during this time of year...
*Walking my dog
*Reading
*Listening to music
*Myofascial care, of course!
*Yoga
*Taking a hot bath
*Meditation
