How Do You Feel?
Have you ever been asked "how do you feel," or if you've had a session with me "what are you aware of"? And, you notice something but can't put a word to it. Not being able to put a word to what you're feeling is perfectly fine because sometimes as you process your feelings and emotion words are hard.
And, sometimes words are hard simply because we, as a society, don't necessarily think about how we feel all the time so they aren't in the forefront of our thoughts.
Words, words, words. So, here is a list of words that may provide helpful for your hands-on sessions, self-treatments and in general, in no particular order!
