CLASS CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

After signing up for a class with Total Body Freedom Myofascial Release, LLC (Valerie Cizek) prepayment for that class will be requested. To ensure a full refund of your payment please use Venmo. Your Venmo refund is immediate. If you paid with a card a refund minus any service fees will be given. Please allow 5 business days for this refund to go through.

24-hour* advance notice is required when canceling your spot in class. This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill your place in the class. If you are unable to give 24-hours advance notice you may not receive a refund. Sometimes there are unexpected and emergency situations, I am not unreasonable please talk with me. I also understand that we as humans do get sick and don’t feel well enough to come to class. You can call, text or email me.

*24-hour time period refers to the 24 clock hours prior to the start time of your scheduled class and includes weekend and holiday time.

No-shows: Anyone who does not arrive to their scheduled class will be considered a “no-show” and may not receive a refund.
