Myofascial Reading
I want to share with you something that has helped me along my myofascial journey - reading! There are many books out there answering questions, telling personal myofascial journeys, explaining myofascial release, offering myofascial self-treatment ideas and even guidance to assist you in listening to your body. And…let’s not forget science too!!!
Above is my collection of books and below are some more titles that might interest you. I’m sure all of these books can be found on Amazon where you will of course find descriptions and reviews. Since I’ve been involved in MFR more and more books continue to be published by therapists from around the world! If you want to have a look at one of my books, please let me know and I can make sure to have it at your next session. (My collection is always growing so feel free to ask about any new additions I might have!)
